Step2:
a.) Our Concern Project team leader will meet as per client’s Schedule
b.) Discuss & Finalize the Project's
c.) Collect Complete Project information /documents
d.) List Out the service /Man Hr.’s /Software/etc….
e.) Prepare Project Gantt Chart /Time line
f.) Move to commercial department
Step3:
a.) Submit Quote Ref. Step2 Process & complete the Approval process
b.) Ensure the 50% to 60% Payment against P.O
Step4:
a.) Create Clients Login ID/ Project ID to communicate the clients
b.) Schedule Weekly Review Meeting discuss as per Project time line sheet
c.) Document the any changes / Issue, Its escalate to commercial department
d.) Ensure Project urgency from client , Priorities based on inputs
Step 5:
a.) Ensure the Project sign Off on time delivery
b.) Schedule Project Review Meeting discuss as per Project Specification sheet
c.) Document any minor changes or Correction & Update Free of cost
d.) Ensure Project rework time limits within 5 to 7 working Hr.’s
e.) Ensure Partial payments (40% to 50%)
